PURCHASE POLICIES

I. PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

a) We DO NOT work with credit under any circumstances.

b) All orders are raised with 50% Advance.

c) The forms of payment (for advances) can be: cash, check, deposit or bank transfer; payment of the balance must be made one day before its delivery date, or failing that, the same day IN SIGNATURE; since in the payments made EXCEPT GOOD COLLECTION, the Merchandise will not be delivered until said payment is reflected as CASH.

d) In home inflation services, payment must be made in a single exhibition and must be covered one day before the event, or failing that, it will be paid the same day but before starting the service.

e) Once your payment has been made, it is extremely important to send us the receipt by mail, to detect it immediately and be able to deliver your order in a timely manner.

II. ORIGINAL MECHANICAL

a) The image or logo to be printed on your balloons or clappers must be sent to us converted to curves in Corel or Illustrator, if you do not have this type of design files we can make your design with a charge which will be defined depending on its complexity.

III. HOME DELIVERIES

a) DF, free delivery on orders over $ 8,000.00 (without VAT)

b) METROPILITAN AREA, free delivery on orders over $ 15,000.00 (without VAT)

c) In orders that import less than the amounts described above, the shipping cost will depend on the area.

d) We deliver orders to the entire Mexican Republic to collect, with collection parcel service.

IV. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

to)            In case of cancellation of the order, a financial penalty of 20% will be applied on the total amount thereof. If the order is in an advanced production process, the client will absorb up to 100% of the expenses and the cost of the materials that have been generated, also waiving the partial or total return of the advance paid.

b)             In the event that the client does not comply with the purchase policies described above, he / she waives the refund of the amount paid.

c)             In the case of tank rentals, there are no refunds for unused helium.

V. ORDERS  

to)       The colors of the material and / or inks can present a variation of 5 to 10%  with respect to sample to final production.   

SAW. MAQUILAS  

to)       In case any printing, engraving, etc. work is carried out. In any material that the company (Grupo Plus) does not provide, we do not guarantee the result of the printing.  

IMPORTANT

1.         In large-scale manufacturing and / or printing orders (5 thousand pieces onwards) of aluminum balloon and clapper, we have a supply margin of + - 10%, which will be adjusted in the final amount of your order.

2.         Balloon quotes DO NOT INCLUDE  the inflated, that service is charged separately.
